DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content and for users to submit counter-notifications regarding content hosted on the "Asian Steak Bites Recipe" website. We are committed to respecting intellectual property rights and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, such as your own variation or discussion related to the "Asian Steak Bites Recipe," was removed or access to it disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notification. To do so, you must provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
